Bill is the owner of "Crowley's Homeworks". This is a small chain of furniture, appliance, and floor covering stores. Bill has made this a very successful business. Home office for Crowley's Homeworks is in Houston, MO.

Bill's significant other is Jill Postelwait. Jill currently runs one of the furniture stores.
